So, for the last hour and a half, I've been fighting with this site while trying to "move" all the stories from the Tripod site to Wix. While the free site doesn't have a page limit, it does get REALLY SLOW after 15 created pages. And that's just the 11 stories pages and 8 main pages. Hopefully I can get all 35 poems and 10 lyrics moved without as much trouble, but I foresee it getting worse the move pages I create. We'll see next week.

I have not had the chance to add any of the writings from my previous site to this one. Most of the links on the pages link back to the tripod site, but some of those links don't work (link to a 404 error). Hopefully, I will have time this weekend to add most if not all to the wix site.

​

In more important news, the wife is supposed to be looking over "Bottom of the 9th," but we've been so busy that I don't think shes had the time. I, however, have had just enough time to finish editing a new-ish erotica short story. It is currently up on my Writing.com site, and should make it here shortly.

Besides the fact that its been almost 6 years since I updated my tripod site...

I finally decided to jump into the 21st century (a few - many - years late) and get a "professional looking" webpage, rather then the terrible looking basic HTML site! I think, for now, I'll stick here on Wix. In actual WRITING news, Ive got two items of business.

First, and roll your eyes if you've heard me say this before, but I'm vowing to start writing again. I really do miss it, and I really want to force myself to take up the pen and paper when I'm bored, rather then sitting and scrolling through Facebook for hours on end.

Second, I've finished a story I started 6 years ago called "Bottom of the 9th." Its a baseball short story from the perspective of the umpire. I should have it up shortly, after I get it proofread... and all the other writings uploaded and this whole website proofed.
