I've added an old poem, and a new poem. Old: Short and Untitled. New: My Love For You. The former was written in November of 2010, and the later was written tonight. So, YAY! for new writings!

I do plan on continuing to write more! Forcing myself to at least follow a 30-minutes-a-day plan. Find a writing prompt, and just go. We'll see where that gets me. Most of that will end up on my writing.com site. Keep an eye there for some new stuff!

I know. I know. Its been 14 moths. A very long 14 months. But very little writing. I say this just about every time I post something, but I hope this kick-starts something, where I can get writing again.
Anyway...

Well. I have been without internet since the end of October, so I haven't had access to update. Some news:
I have found that the NavBar had a bad "stories" link. Thats all fixed (I hope), now.
And since its the new year, my resolution is to write a lot more, and try some new things with my writings. And I've been writing a lot without the internet to distract me. With that said, I have a new "story" uploaded. It's another one with some material that isn't suitable for those under the age of 18. If you meet that requirement, here is the story: An Evening For Him.
I have also been writing my NaNo from 2010. Yes. My NaNo from 2010 never got finished, and I even tried to use 2011s NaNoWriMo to write this story, but I was still way off from the needed 50,000 words. It is still a long way from 50k, but It's coming along. I'm not sure if it'll ever hit 50k, but I'll see how close it gets.

I've started to add the comments section in. I've only added it to the lyrics for now. The stories comments section will most likely get done some time tonight, and the poems comments section tomorrow night or Thursday. Im looking for an easier way to send the forms to my email or to have them posted, but as I don't do much but basic HTML, it might take a while.

Well. As you might (or might not) have noticed, I have updated all the URLs of my writings. no more "short" titles as the URL. If you're looking for "Beautiful. Perfect. Love", its new URL is http://justinswritings.tripod.com/stories/beautifulperfectlove.html. No Capitals. No punctuation. Just the title as the URL.
Oh. And I'm working on a new system for comments. I haven't updated the forums EVER, so I'm scrapping that idea. This new idea will be a lot easier for both you and me. I hope you'll like it! It should be up in a few days.

As an aside, as of today, I have: 10 lyrics, 30 poems, and 11 stories for a grand total of 51 writings. It has been a while since I've counted, and I figured I would give you all the updated numbers!

Well. So much for that "perfect opportunity for me to start writing again". I've been staying with my parents who (because my mother has some secret love affair with Verizon, who don't offer service in their area) still have dial-up. So, I haven't been online to even attempt to get any writing done. Though, today, I updated a dead link I found. Every pages "home" link was broken from the move. So, at this point, I've got nothing.

Ok. I lied. I went through my writing.com site and found a poem that I've had lying around for a while. September 28th, 2010, to be exact. So, without further adieu, here is the poem Are You Ever Going to Love Me Again?. So, Enjoy!
But now, I'm working on what used to be my National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) novel, but I couldn't keep up with it. So, it's being written. But very slowly.

Well. It has been three months since I have "updated", and it's been over a year since I've actually updated with something of value. While I don't have anything of meaning to post, I do have some important information to give. I will (hopefully) be updating a lot more as I do not have a job. This is a perfect opportunity for me to start writing again and I will be trying to take full advantage of this. I've been going through a lot lately, so this will (hopefully) add to my creative juices flowing.
So, now, I will head over to my writing.com site to get going on some more writing.

I have just edited "A Lot of Catching Up" and it is good. I plan on writing a little bit today, but I don't think I'll get anywhere close to done the current story I'm working on. And other then that, I have nothing noteworthy to bring up.

I've started a new story. I don't have much, but its a start. And I plan on writing a lot in the near future. I'm in the process of moving, so I won't have internet after friday. Hopefully I'll have it within a week or two.

Its been a month. And from a few hours in that month, I have one new poem to show for it. At this moment, I do not have access to it (saved on my PC at home [currently at my girlfriends house]). But I promise, it will be added here before the end of the week. Im going through some personal changes right now, and hopefully, they will give me a bit more time to work on some of the writings I have started, but have yet to come close to finishing.

It's been over a year, and I thought I'd update. Though, in my defense, I've moved back to NJ and now have dial-up. So, here's the update.
I'm FINALLY getting back into writing. In a matter of a week, I've written a poem and a story. I just got them on my writing.com site, so, maybe before I'm 50, they'll make it here. In all seriousness, I've decided to, since I have started writing again, I'm going to do it often. So they should be be up in a week or so. But to hold you over until then, I'm posting two other writings. A poem: Never You, and a lyric A Girl Like You (this lyric was that "revived lyric" from the last update).
I have also updated the links to the comment boards, so please use them to the fullest capacity!

Its been 2 months, and all I have to show is the refrain to that "revived lyric". I've just been so busy with work, that I haven't had a lot of time to sit and write.
On an opposite note, I did just upload a "new" lyric; one that Nick and I wrote back in 2000. Something totally, stupidly fun. Its called Grandpa Joe, and you can find it there! Hope you like it!

I started to write some brand new stuff, but it really never got off the ground, so to speak. So I decided to go through my old, dead writings. There, I decided to revive an old, dead lyric. This time, I will finish it!! I have totally restructured the lines, so it barely resembles the old lyric. With that said, lines were deleted, and lines were added; so all I have is the first verse and chorus. It will be finished soon, as I'm really making an effort to write more, since I am REALLY out of the groove.

It's really been a wile. Three months and two days. AKA: A long time. There has been a lot going on, and since there's been a lot going on, I haven't had any time to write anything. Hence, there has been no updates.
I've vowed that, since I have now graduated, I am going to start writing a lot more then I have been (which is not at all).
Dinner is ready, so this is the end of the update.

A quick aside: As of today, I have 10 stories, 25 poems, and 8 lyrics for a total of 33 writings. Not as many as I thought I had, but still an impressive number.

Im not one hundred percent sure when I posted a few new things, but I have. Its a poem called "My Heart", and its pretty harsh, so you've been warned. In other news, those two stories I was writing over a month ago, I haven't even come close to finishing them. So, for now, they're not getting done any time soon.

So much for that "New Year's Resolution"... I haven't written much lately, as I've been working 40+ hours a week, plus 10-15 hours on top of that for classes. I have started a new story, and also have an outline of sorts for a second one, but my time for writing is lacking. A LOT! So, with that said, I'm off to try and write for an hour or so.

I have a page now in memory of the late Benny Parsons! One of the fifty greatest NASCAR drivers of all time, died earlier today from complications from lung cancer! He was 65 years old.

After getting a "profile" page up, and redoing all the links more then twice, I am taking a break from playing web designer! And making this site from scratch using HTML is a pain in the butt! Stopping in to tell y'all that I'm moving... Well... not me... but this site! It's already in the works, and should be up and running in the next week or so... "That long?" you ask!? Yea! It takes a wile to copy all my writings and put them up on the new site... then make links... then make sure everything is spelled right! Everything will basically be the same except the writings will be broken up into the 3 categories (stories, poems, and lyrics). So it will be up in the next week!

There Isn't much going on in the way of new stuff. There is a story I'm working on, but its going very, very, very slow. REALLY SLOW!!! So I don't have any general idea when it will be done.. let alone a specific date! If I had to make a guess... I'd say some time before Christmas!

well... I've been lazy... & in Ohio, so I haven't been around & haven't even made an effort to finish the newest story I'm working on. I don't know... I officially have the internet! It took Verizion a week (and a kick in the butt from me once or twice) to get everything straightened out, but its up now!

I just got on here, and I'm just letting y'all know that I'm adding some poems and that story that I've promised you about Ocean City Youth Weekend. Yes! It is finally up! Nick got my computer to start up! So... All credit for me getting my story up here goes to him.

The 2 poems... (if i can find the 2nd one...) are for Jessica Easter. The titles are "Jess" & "Jess2". I'll put a link here for those who would like to read these now...
